You'll start to build your knowledge and experience of digital media so that you're ready to progress to the next level of study, where you can further develop your technical skills.
You'll be taught by enthusiastic and highly-skilled staff, who are experienced in the film, gaming and animation industries.
On this course you will begin to develop the technical skills required for a career in the digital media industry. This will include video filming and editing, creating animations, making audio recordings and producing adverts.
You'll also develop your employability and transferable skills, with a focus on being organised, working with others and researching. You'll develop a personal progression plan so you're ready for the next step towards your future learning and careers goals.
You'll be assessed via internal assignment briefs. There are no external exams on this programme.
You will need to have GCSE Maths, English Language and two additional subjects at grade 2 (E) or above.
