Additional learning support is available to students with learning difficulties or disabilities, and to those who require extra help with literacy, numeracy or language.
Support is available for:

- Specialist Support Dyslexia and Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLD)
- Autistic spectrum disorder

- Medical conditions: epilepsy, ME
- Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH)
- Language, literacy or numeracy skills

- Assessment of learning needs to inform support
- 1:1 support sessions

- BSL communication support
- Specialist teaching support – dyslexia/dyspraxia
- Study skills support
- Exam access arrangements
- Assistive technology
- Adapted documents and materials, e.g. large print, coloured paper
- Referral to student wellbeing and counselling
