With a recognised counselling qualification, this is the course to take as your next step towards becoming a professional counsellor.
Theories and ethics are covered during the course.
You'll need to pass the end-of-year exam to receive the qualification.
You'll need a Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills or equaivalent to study this course.
You'll also need to arrange your own placement.
There will be an interview and Initial assessment before joining the course.
Our staff all have recent industry experience, and many of them continue to work in care alongside their teaching.
Your placement will give you further work experience and contact with employers.
On completion of the course you can progress to the Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling.
