You can study BTEC Level 1 Introductory Diploma in Sport NCFE level 2 Diploma in Sport, NCFE Level 3 1st year Diploma in Sport and Physical Activity, NCFE Level 3 year 2 Extended Diploma in Sport and Physical Activity depending on your previous qualifications. preparing you for university or a career path.
During your time at the Academy, you'll have access to:
- Training with professional, UEFA B & A Licence-qualified coaches
- Training two times a week and playing for one of our Academy teams on Wednesdays
- Under-18s trials and development game opportunities
- A chance to participate in our annual residential tour abroad
- The opportunity to apply for an American football scholarship
- The chance to work towards coaching badges
- Access to physiotherapists
- Courses tailored to your academic level and career ambitions

This application is separate from your course application and must be submitted for the Football or Rugby Academy using the link below.
Trials
Registration is required to attend. Session details and what to bring will be provided upon registration. Trials are scheduled as follows:
- Thursday 22 January – Hornchurch Football Club, 5:30pm registration
- Saturday 28 February – Rush Green Campus, 9:30am registration
- Monday 30 March – Rush Green Campus, 9:30am registration
