Looking to develop your skills in professional cookery and hospitality?

Our Hospitality courses focus on practical training for roles in food preparation, service, hygiene and areas such as research and development. Whether you’re new to the industry or looking to build on existing experience, there are clear pathways to help you move forward even if you don’t yet have formal qualifications.

You’ll train in our on-site industry-standard kitchens, working with a wide range of ingredients, techniques and equipment. As part of your studies, you’ll also gain experience preparing food for paying customers in our training restaurant, giving you the chance to work in a realistic service environment while developing your confidence, portfolio and CV.

In addition to day-to-day learning, our students support catering for on-site events and for special guests visiting the college. These opportunities help you build strong practical industry skills and prepare you for a successful future in the hospitality sector.

We are excited to share that we are developing our curriculum for future courses in this area.
