On this course you will need to complete both written assignments and practical observations to demonstrate your knowledge and understanding.
You will also be required to build a portfolio of evidence throughout your course as well . Some units may require online GOLA exams.
For entry onto this course you will need to demonstrate an interest in the Food and Hospitality industry and show a passion and commitment to learning.
