Courses for adults
Sorry. No courses found on that search.

If you are passionate about sport and interested in a career in sports development, coaching or fitness, our courses will help you take the next step.

We offer programmes from Entry Level through to Level 3, so you can begin your studies with us regardless of your previous qualifications.

Mainstream

Our mainstream courses develop both practical and theoretical knowledge of sport, equipping you with the skills needed to progress into higher education, further training or employment within the sport and active leisure industry.

Throughout your studies, you will build key transferable skills such as communication, teamwork, leadership and professionalism. A key feature of our provision is the opportunity to engage in meaningful work placements through our external partners. These experiences allow you to apply your learning in real-world environments, develop industry insight and enhance your readiness for future careers or university study. You may also have opportunities to contribute to community-based projects, further strengthening your personal and professional development.

Academy

You will develop both your practical and theoretical understanding of sport, building the skills needed to progress into further study, training or employment within the industry.

If you are a keen footballer or rugby player, you can also combine your education with specialist training through our Sports Academies, working alongside coaches from prestigious clubs like Hornchurch FC.

"Working with the programme has been a really positive experience. The staff have been organised, supportive and easy to work with throughout. The students have been engaged, enthusiastic and clearly enjoyed the sessions, which always makes a difference. The opportunity to gain real-world experience has been valuable not only for their development but also for us as an organisation, allowing us to support and observe potential future coaches in a practical environment."
