Whether you’re looking to get fit, stay fit, play your favourite sport or just unwind, The Gym has all the facilities you could hope for!

Facilities at our Rush Green campus include:

Our community gym is friendly and welcoming, even those new to a gym environment will feel comfortable here. We have a diverse cohort of members and ensure everyone feels supported in their fitness journey.

Our friendly instructors will show you around and ensure you know how to use the gym’s equipment safely. We also offer an online induction to ensure you can get started in a way that suits you.

We also have Personal Trainers to help take your fitness to the next level.

There are changing rooms, showers and free lockers, and we also offer disabled access to both floors and plenty of free parking spaces.

Monday to Thursday 07:00 – 20:45
Friday 07:00 – 20:00
Saturday 09:00 – 13:00
Sunday 09:00 – 13:00

Last admission is 30 minutes before closing.

Our gym membership options are flexible and affordable, and we offer discounts to students & staff, senior citizens and emergency services members.

Prefer to join in person? Visit the Fitness Centre at the Rush Green campus to complete the application forms.

The following forms will also need to be completed and returned to us at fitnesscentre@bdc.ac.uk prior to your membership commencing.

If you are setting up a monthly direct debit you will need to pay the first month up front and complete the Direct Debit form.

If you have any concerns about your health or think there is any reason, why you shouldn’t begin exercising then we recommend you visit your doctor beforehand to discuss your concerns.​
