Our Rush Green Campus’ on-site restaurant, The Chef’s Hat, serves high-quality, freshly prepared and affordable food in a relaxed environment.

It’s open to the public, as well as learners and staff.

Experienced chefs work alongside trainees, as traditional French cooking techniques are combined with influences from around the world.

The restaurant offers our Hospitality learners the chance to work in a professional kitchen setting, with quality ingredients and expert guidance.

The Chef’s Hat is open at selected times throughout the term for bakery sales and grab-and-go items. Opening times depend on when learners are training to serve the public, so please call us or drop in to find out when we'll be open. Please check the website for the latest updates.
