Our Rush Green campus’s on-site restaurant, The Chef’s Hat, serves high-quality, freshly prepared and affordable food in a relaxed environment.

It’s open to the public, as well as learners and staff.

Experienced chefs work alongside trainees, as traditional French cooking techniques are combined with influences from around the world.

The restaurant offers our Hospitality learners the chance to work in a professional kitchen setting, with quality ingredients and expert guidance.
