With real 'live' project briefs and opportunities for work experience and placements, including in European cities, this three-term programme provides the foundation you need for further study or to begin your career in fashion.

As a student on the UAL Foundation in Fashion course, you will cover a wide range of fashion disciplines, including:

  • Fashion Design
  • Workshop Production Methods
  • Textile Techniques
  • Fashion Promotion
  • Magazine Design
  • Fashion Marketing
  • Business Enterprise
  • Fashion Styling
  • Branding

You will be assessed by coursework, portfolio, presentations and work-based assessment.

You will need to have GCSE Maths, English Language and two additional subjects at grade 4 (C) or above.

As part of the application process you will also be asked to explain why you want to study this course, so that we can ensure any course offer made aligns to your career goals.
