Transition Programmes are designed to get learners ready to move onto a T level with a focus on subject specialism. The transition programme will introduce you to the technical skills and concepts you will need for the T level in your chosen field. Furthermore, it will give you the opportunity to develop your English, Maths and work readiness skills. T level Transition Programmes are made up of 5 developmental themes:

- GCSE English Language or Maths at grade 4 or above; and
- at least three other GCSE qualifications at grade 4 or above
- Successful interview and initial assessment, including diagnostic tests. You should be prepared to demonstrate your interest and understanding of your chosen field of study.
