This Apprenticeship will teach you the responsibilities of assessing the requirements and feasibility of a building project and procuring the materials and labour needed.

On this Apprenticeship, you will learn:

  • Health and Safety
  • Sustainability
  • Construction technology
  • Contracts
  • Procurement
  • Cost control
  • Financial reporting of construction projects

To achieve this Apprenticeship standard, you will be assessed through a knowledge test, project and professional discussion.

You will need to have GCSE at Grade 4 or above in English and Maths, as well as a Level 3 Diploma in Construction and the Built Environment.

On completion of this Apprenticeship, you will be able to progress onto Higher Education.
