Students and staff from the Technical Skills Academy in Barking raised money for Comic Relief last Friday.
The English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) students and their lecturers began the day with a sponsored walk at Barking Abbey, raising over £50.
Students also did a short run and some push-ups.
After the walk there was a sponsored karaoke and cakes for sale. The industrious students are still selling tickets for their raffle, which will be held at the end of this week.
