18 Year Old Hannah Williams Pop Art Inspired Make Up
18 year old Hannah Williams from Dagenham created this fabulous pop art-inspired make-up for a college project.
Shaneen Phipps, Hair & Makeup Lecturer at Barking & Dagenham College where Hannah studies said: “It was done for her final for the art of photographic make up , she’s an amazing artist!”
