Prince's Trust Achieve Programme

If you're a 16-25 year old who isn't currently in employment or education and are looking for new opportunities and experiences, the Prince's Trust Achieve Programme could be perfect for you!

The Achieve programme aims to create opportunities for young people by helping them to increase their confidence and develop the skills that they need to succeed in whatever they choose to do next.

The programme will be running from 13th July - 4th September. There will also be another opportunity to take part in the programme next year in January 2021.

What To Expect

The programme covers a range of units and modules which contribute towards a recognised Prince's Trust qualification in Personal Development and Employability Skills (equivalent to a Level 1 Foundation course).

The programme will cover the following units:

  • Planning For Personal Development
  • Career Planning
  • Presentation Skills
  • Taking Part In Exercise
  • Preparing For A Healthy Lifestyle
  • Money Management
  • Digital skills

Course Requirements

No previous qualifications are needed to be eligible to participate in the programme.

Students will need a phone or laptop and access to the internet to complete online booklets and take part in video call class sessions.

On completing the course there will be opportunities to progress on to other Prince's Trust courses running at the college as well as support to progress into other mainstream courses.
