Launched in 2021, we are proud to have been chosen as one of the first 12 colleges and universities nationally to have secured government funding to open an Institute of Technology.
Our East London Institute of Technology, located on our Rush Green campus, is purpose-built for advanced technologies. In partnership with Coventry University London, it has been designed to deliver advanced and higher-level specialist training in emerging occupations – so our students can boost their skills and prepare for the jobs of the future.

The Institute of Technology supports the development of learners’ digital capabilities and higher technical skills. Its primary focus is to develop a workforce trained in new advanced, technological and innovative methods to meet the industry’s future needs.
