Get ahead in business with this online course, which will help you to develop effective team working practices alongside principles and techniques that support workplace organisations.

You will learn how continuous improvement techniques such as Kaizen can be applied for a boost in productivity, effectiveness, safety and waste reduction, and how businesses use it to gain that all-important competitive edge.

This course is delivered entirely online and can be studied at a pace that suits you. You could complete in as little as 6 weeks dependent on the time you can commit.

On this course you will study:

  • Safe and effective team working
  • Principles and techniques that support workplace organisation
  • An understanding of continuous improvement techniques (Kaizen) and their application in the workplace
  • How to use visual management systems
  • Problem-solving techniques
  • How to carry out flow process analysis

This Level 2 course is free if you:

  • currently live in England
  • are aged 19+
  • have been a resident in the UK/EU for 3+ years
  • are not be on an apprenticeship

On successful completion of this course, you’ll have earned a NCFE CACHE Level 2 certificate which could also help you progress your career, or enter a new sector – whilst giving you the tools you need to improve your business techniques.

Where it can lead to

There are number of routes you can take following successful completion of a course. Further study can include Higher Education courses or a Higher Apprenticeship where you will expand your skills through study whilst earning a wage. Or you may choose to move directly into employment.
