Are you already working in customer service, or thinking about working in a customer service role?

On this course you'll develop the knowledge that is required by employees to work in a range of different environments within customer services. This could be in Hospitality, Sport, Business, Tourism and much more.

This course is delivered entirely online and can be studied at a pace that suits you. You could complete in as little as 6 weeks dependent on the time you can commit.

On this course you'll learn:

  • Principles of customer service and delivery
  • Understanding customers
  • Understanding employer organisations

This Level 2 course is free if you:

  • currently live in England
  • are aged 19+
  • have been a resident in the UK/EU for 3+ years
  • are not be on an apprenticeship

On successful completion of this course, you’ll have earned a NCFE CACHE Level 2 certificate which could also help you progress your career, or enter a new sector.

Where it can lead to

There are number of routes you can take following successful completion of a course. Further study can include Higher Education courses or a Higher Apprenticeship where you will expand your skills through study whilst earning a wage. Or you may choose to move directly into employment.
