This qualification is designed to meet the needs of young managers / supervisors responsible for projects, who wish to extend their skills and knowledge to embrace further project management disciplines.

On this course you'll study the unit: Introduction to Project Management.

You’ll learn the essential tools and techniques of project management and how to apply them in the workplace. You’ll also study project management theories, which will help with decision making and resolving issues in the workplace.

You'll be assessed by an external assignment at the end of the course.

This course is designed for new project managers or managers wanting to develop their project management skills.

On successful completion of this course you'll be able to progress to the CMI Level 5 Certificate in Project Management.
