On this course you'll develop:

  • the skills needed to operate as a successful manager
  • the knowledge and qualities valued in employees by employers
  • a self-reflective understanding of your strengths as a manager and how to improve your weaknesses
  • knowledge and understanding of how to manage resources and budgets, recruitment and selection, and stakeholder engagement

This is a work-based qualification, so you'll be able to apply the leadership and management skills that you develop during this course in the workplace.
