As a Surveying Technician, employees would be required to complete a wide range of tasks on a day to day basis.
Modules will include:
- Relevant Laws relating to contract law and law of tort
- Data collection, management, confidentiality and accuracy
- Economics
- Health and Safety principles and law
- Sustainability
- Construction technology
- Personal effectiveness
- Level 3 Diploma in Surveying
To achieve the apprenticeship standard all components must be completed, including Functional skills at the required level if the apprentice doesn’t have exemptions. All apprenticeship standards include an end point assessment which is required to complete the standard.
To join the programme you'll need GCSEs at grade 4 (C) or above including Maths & English - or a Level 2 apprenticeship in a construction or property-related discipline.

Your apprenticeship will provide the necessary knowledge, skills and behaviours for successful apprentices to become Associate members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
